You can use the nVidia or AMD screen recorder built into your graphics card for game capture. Better performance when gaming, higher quality recordings, and doesn't put adware on your finished work.

The main mods here would probably be firefly, volumetric clouds ($5 for the newest version, I think blackrack released a previous version for free? Don’t quote me on that) which will also install EVE and scatterer. add parallax and deferred to that and you’re golden.

They are $7 per update. You have to resubscribe for each update after the first month.

If you want equal parts wonder and horror, try a first person mission. It's relatively easy to go to the moon with just instruments. It'll be the most stressed you've ever been but getting back home is so euphoric.
