One thing I always fail to understand is how some people not so good in studies manage to clear jee mains cutoff with 2-3 months of prep while people who are good at studies with a drop year aren't able to do it.

I have seen real life examples of people around me

Here is my story...so like I am a student ko like bht pdhti thii use har chij instead study sab time waste lgta tha... Bas main exams me mere marks nhi aate the ye scene tha mera...

10th boards k baad I decided jee prep start karungi...so after 7th March mujhe khud se expectation to this ki 90+% to aajayenge and bht regret bhi tha kyuki saal bhar pdhai ki bht last me sab fucked up...but ye sab chhod ke jee k liye socha but kya hua march me mere cousin ki death hogyi and that was so heartbreaking for us....mtlb mai depression me chali gyi thi April Tak...but fir Mera April me result aaya got 80+% that's killed my heart from inside...papa ne baat karni chhod di and har baat pe taane milte the...maine bhi insta download krrliya and uspe timewaste krrti thi..may me thodi padhai start ki but I left...gharvalo ko allen k liye bola tha but mere gharvalo ko meri koi baat nhi sach lgti thi unko lgta hai ki mai galat hu bas money waste h toh kaafi kuch papa ne dekha samjha and mujhe Jo nhi chiye tha which is PW ARJUNA vo mere papa ne apne frnd k ladke k kehne per mujhe vo dila diyaa...fir voh aadha mahina ache se pdhai ki amd last me again for vahi insta habit shuru....july pura nhi pdha kyuki mere grandfather ki hadd se jyada tabiyat kharab thi so kaafi sad moment tha Ghar per but now he is fine...aaya August I joined lib I did study but mujhe nhi lgta kuch khaas output nikla sept bhi like same kuch khaas output nhi NOW ITS OCTUBER and maine arjuna se pdhna chhodke Mohit Tyagi sir for maths chem from.UC and phy from Vinnay uppal and tests from Allen modules from Allen and pyqs mains and adv ke and some primary books ka krrne ka socha hai also some allen stuff I tried my lvl best ki ab jaha hu vaha se sahi but apna 11th waste nhi karungi chahe kuch bhi ho jaye patthar ki lakeer....ab mai jaha hu vaha se 11th karungi and Target syllabus completion ka end of Feb and March is for revision...let's see what happen....Mai yaha apne tests ke marks and daily ki progress dikhaungii....

I am an IIT graduate from last year currently working in Bengaluru as a silicon engineer. I am in process of setting up a guidance platform for present & upcoming aspirants who look towards guidance in Mathematics/physics/chemistry/Logical-reasoning.

Any doubt resolution/guidance will be provided solely by me as of now. Apart from working 9 to 5, this is something I am quite passionate about : teaching primarily. I encourage as many of you as possible to take advantage of this opportunity.

Considering I might have limited bandwidth some days, I have kept a window of 8-10 PM daily. If it works out, I will increase this window and update on reddit.

There still might be a lot to be set up but in the meantime starting out in the traditional way. Can set up a subreddit for the same if needed. Happy preparation!

Hi everyone. Just for the context, I did my class 12th in 2026 and I did not score that well, and somehow I just lost hopes that maybe PCM is not for me and everything. But I just deep down knew that my prep was not well neither for JEE nor for boards. And then I kind of got into a stupid college for BA. But even though I haven't thought the... like I applied for BCA, but then I somewhere just dropped everything in tech and, like, I was kind of convinced that I should just go for BA and, like, then I can go for an MBA or government jobs. But then a part of me kept on regretting this decision and I felt like maybe I'm just leaving tech is not correct, because why did I even take PCM in the first place? And how will I get a job and everything? So I now feel like attempting JEE and boards again next year, even though I have this college, I'm gonna attempt and try again.
so pls suggest me how to prepare for jee and boards properly and materials
im thinking to study from my board tuition material and then attempt questions of jee but i think jee has tougher concepts which needs to to studied separately along w 11th grade sylllabus

It's also that if I am unable to even do anything in LNJ, at least I can go for BCA next year and then I will just, you know, kind of just do something in tech and improve my skills so that maybe I can get a job. Or else I might continue this one. And I was also thinking to go for an online BCA along with this degree, but again I think that's not gonna work. And yesterday was the last date for the online BCA, but I missed it because there was not enough information whether I can apply for it or not, and I kind of wasted a year of my life (yea im lost and confused and probably a loser 😊)

dont ask me yeh sab kaise but mei lects to dekh rhi hoon to cover the syllabu. like what should be my average practice time everyday. yhi suna hai ki practice bhut imp hai. considering i can give 8-9 hours of self study, mujhe kaise divide karna chahiye ideally for lects, ques practice and revision

Every day I am trying to study as much as I can. I am trying to do my best but

I am feeling lonely and tired 😩

During longer sessions during studies I overthink about something which take about 1-1:30 . And main problem is that I can't wake up by myself. So if I study at late night about 2-3 am then I will not be able wake up before 9-9:30

And that part I hate the most. Even my alarm goes on and on but still I can't wake up before 9.

Please give me some tips regarding my problems. I am facing these type of problems for many days .

i wasted half of my 11th and now I am regretting and I made several timetables for completeing my backlogs but I can't follow them l. Now I am trying to Read theory of it from Cengage and solve 10 questions of each sub(backlogs) and it is affecting my current syllabus.
