Buying a dog when u can adopt an equally smart and loving dog is stupid.

You are the one stupid here. As if adopting a street dog makes you morally superior to people who buy breed dogs. Not everyone finds street dogs cute enough to adopt, invest in, and put effort into. Seeing a fluffy dog being carried while an unattended stray is suffering homeless is sad, but that doesn't automatically make the owner of the fluffy dog responsible for the stray dog's situation.

In this situation obvi the owner is not responsible, but if one is looking to get a dog, personally, I would get a street/shelter dog.
