Question Indian real estate is opaque. I spent weeks pulling the public data together. Feedback wanted

I'm a solo founder building The StatPlotter, a free property research site for Hyderabad. This is early beta and I'd value blunt feedback.
The problem: buying property in India means trusting what an agent or builder tells you. Asking prices differ a lot between nearby projects, registered prices often aren't the real price, and delivery history is hard to find.
The problem: buying property in India means trusting what an agent or builder tells you. Asking prices differ a lot between nearby projects, registered prices often aren't the real price, and delivery history is hard to find.
What it does today:
- 11,264 RERA-registered projects, each with its filed facts, dates and the date we fetched it. Nothing is rated or ranked. continually updated with new data
- A map with schools, hospitals, metro and ring-road exits. this gets continually updated with new data
- Asking prices that agents state in their public YouTube videos, grouped by area, with the source shown. They're asking prices, not sale prices.
- 170+ agent YouTube channels (about 25,000 videos), searchable by area, bedrooms and price, so you can find walkthroughs of a place.
- Where we hold a RERA-filed layout plan, we link it. so most big projects we have the layout
What it doesn't do yet:
- Only about 1,200 projects have a reliable map pin. The rest show mandal and village.
- It's Hyderabad only as of now
What I'd like from you:
If you've bought or sold property in Hyderabad, what would you check that this doesn't show?
I am a builder first mindset - I know this solves a problem but how do I reach my target audience?
Brutal feedback on the idea or the site.
I think I really need guidance on creating the first 100 users as well as paths for monetization.
any feedback and suggestions are welcome.
