This reminds meow the comic Sleepless Domain! There's magical girls, big child soldier vibes, and encouragement to enlist with your powers. https://www.sleeplessdomain.com/

Amazing, though I think the depersonalized soldiers in the last poster is kind of counterproductive to the object of the propaganda. Dehumanization of your own soldiers (no face showing, not even skin, just plain black uniforms), when you're trying to illicit responsibility for them, doesn't seem effective.

I thought the red strings meant that this was necromancy. Bringing the bodies back home.

That'd be very interesting and kind of morbid, I like the interpretation. It would do well to address another confusion point I had; why a special operations group had propaganda posters of this sort. I would think the common soldier would dislike being shown in this manner, dependent on a select few special soldiers. Though, if it were true, it would be a little weird to release into the same audience ecosystem as the soon-to-be possible dead soldiers. To say special forces will come back and puppet your dead body back home could be comforting or distressing depending on culture and audience.
Also, on culture and audience, I should give way. The psychology of propaganda is heavily influenced by the society, environment, and ideology it comes from. The poster you have provided is from a fascist society, of which collectivism and the toolhood of men is central. Here, dehumanization fits as all subjects to a fascist society are tools of the state, and it knows this. Additionally, the SS soldier shown suggests a great strength in place of humanity. "This is what you can be," it says. The lack of a face allows, almost, the audience to insert themselves in the boots of the fascist, see in his eyes over the horizon, feel strong and powerful and directed by the state, its ultimate enforcer. I think if I were to give much more substantial on these posters, I should first probably actually learn of the ideology of the state that produces this propaganda, as that greatly changes the context of them.

There are posters like this, right now, postered on the streets, which merely depict faceless masked soldiers with a sum of money paid to the offeree. Art imitates life
