It kinda looks like a before and after pic in which nothing has changed.

That's what I thought! I thought it was going to be an anti-socialist poster showing how the progress that was promised wasn't delivered and the economy has stagnated.

artist comment: "In a parallel universe, socialism dominates the world. In Africa, Kwame Nkrumah, Julius Nyerere, Sékou Touré and others succeeded in spreading Marxist and Leninist ideas. The entire continent is now socialist and part of the Eastern Bloc.

Soviet, East German, and Yugoslavian state-owned super-corporations now control most of Africa’s economy, together with almost unlimited resources. Africa is prosperous continent with largest economy in the world. Africans are finally happy, educated and enthusiastic. There’s no religion and no army, all resources are intended to science and culture.

Today it’s been 75 years since Africa’s “Great Liberation”, and this are few of the posters marking this monumental this occasion, representing Science, Culture, and Economy. Three pillars of Africa’s success. "

So a well-known Balkan monument is representing Africa?

Why is the building still standing, that makes no sense.

It took them 75 years to put a filter on half a picture?
