I’m still having a hard time figuring the target audience for this device. It seems to be more marketed towards families. Correct me if I’m wrong.

I ordered one for the family. It’s going in our kitchen and will be used for recipes and music mostly but also gives the kids access to some scenes around the home that I don’t give them access to on their phones.

What do you expect the kids to be doing with this screen that you said you’ll put in the kitchen? Honestly curious

Being able to access scenes and lights around the house. I don’t give them access on their devices. They’re old enough to need to use them occasionally and don’t always remember the Siri commands.

I’m interested in one to put where I have an original pod, but unsure if the sound quality is as good.

An article I read said the sound was better than HomePod mini so I'm guessing it's not better than full HomePod

why? this product literally makes 0 sense. I hope it fails and Little Jon realizes this should have been canned. I think had it come out 2 years ago when apple intelligence was to be released, maybe, but it makes even less sense now.
