the marketcap went from 4.5 to 5.16m, apparently hit 8m at some point., last i looked it was 3.94m and then now is at 2.74m

alright, let me explain all this for the people that don't understand.
In the first wave of the crypto coin, people were buying it because it was new and exciting and cyberleek said it was for gamers' rights. at that point, we had no new news about GTA6, so everyone was freaking the f*** out. People were dumping a lot of money in the coin because they thought it would grow even more and they'd trusted the process, which was kind of stupid.
Now with the second wave, people are a lot more aware of this being a scam, whether you like it being called a scam or not, it's a scam by definition (not arguing. Look up the definition of a scam. This is the definition of a scam). So obviously, if they have a goal market cap, people are gonna be like "Oh, that's the highest we need to get it to. We'll keep it there at that market cap. Get what we want (Lucia leaks) and then pull our money out right away."
A lot of it, I'm sure, is probably cyberleek pulling money out because he doesn't strike me as someone that's stupid enough to hold long on a 2nd wave. I'm sure he made bank off of this as well, but everyone else is also probably pulling out. And when cryptocoins start dropping, everyone's gonna start pulling out, and then that's basically just how human nature works.
When it comes to him actually dropping the build, I don't think he's gonna do that. I don't think at all that he's gonna do that. if he does, he's gonna hold it hostage for a lot of money and not just market cap for a shit crypto. I mean, there's also the possibility that he does just drop it on a whim when GTA6 releases (or after), but he's not gonna drop it before GTA6 releases because this is his cash cow.
if you think about this, it was actually a pretty good chance for you to make money, it was actually when the first drop happened. After the first wave, you could have put fifty dollars in and made a pretty penny. And I'm no financial advisor and I don't recommend you'd make any trades. But once this coin drops a lot, I'd maybe put fifty dollars in (throwaway money to burn), because if this guy is capable of getting the GTA6 build, he might be capable of getting a build for another game in the future. And is probably going to use the same name and the same coin. That being said, every shitcoin is a scam, expect to lose your money.
if i was him i'd just keep going till the 30 million. he's already gonna be on rockstars shit list anyways for the fact he even has a build. releasing the build wouldn't get him into any more trouble than he already has. rockstar would be staring at their screen looking for any build files and have a lawyer on a hotline to get the dmca
I'm just amazed that Rockstar and Take2 cannot do anything about this situation. They have an unlimited amount of money for Lawyers and IT experts to track down this guy but it seems like they do nothing.

depending on where they are located they probably can’t touch them either if they are located somewhere like Russia. Possible that this group is based in one of the countries that having no discs would effect the people without psn coverage. I highly doubt somewhere like North Korea but any other one could be where they do their thing. Would explain the crypto to since most of those are poor countries. It could still be possible for anyone else to have the leaker if the internet is not good enough to support disc-less
It's probably not about internet speed if they are uploading 4K videos (and potentially a build), it's probably about sanctions (meaning because of US trade law, they can't legally sell the game on the digital storefront there). Someplace like Russia, Iran, Cuba etc.
Just because they haven’t sued or arrested him yet doesn’t mean they “can’t do anything”, they’ve already filed a shitload of subpoenas. Maybe he just hasn’t slipped up yet, or maybe they already know who he is but are waiting for more definitive evidence. Cases like these take years, not months.

The market cap briefly peaked at 8 million for roughly 15 minutes yesterday, it went downhill from there. I believe it happened because people just wanted the Lucia closeups, and when they got that, they didn't need it anymore, but I could be wrong.
