He's best known for taking allegedly taking $25,000 in bribes from developer Centurion, and then approving a $200 million dollar project for them with your tax dollars. Manny's father has a construction company, and Manny partnered with him for several project, even though he leaves that out of any of his public platform messaging. It's unknown what ties Manny's father's company have to Centurion. Manny is known by his latino constituents in precinct 4 as Tio Thomas, the traitor.
