Who can relate?

tl;dr I made an app which solves Triple Triad for you in real-time.

Hey all! For a bit of fun, I've spent the last couple of weeks building a companion app for the Steam version of FFVIII, which waits for a Triple Triad game to start and then tells you the optimal move to play in every situation.

It supports all special rules (Same, Same Wall, Plus, Elemental) and always goes for the biggest win it can.

To download it, click "Releases" and download the latest executable.

Happy playing!

Preferably not a first timer playthrough

Quistis answers the call of nature and Seifer being clingy. Inspired by a comic I saw on Pinterest.

I just figured out I missed it on getting the Alexander and Laguna cards and unsure how to get them now?

My yearly post of this cover! These guys are awesome!

Just an example but it's not the only one I can think. Fury Fragment for Aura. You mug and then flee. I'm not interested in obtaining Aura, just to understand how this works, but I made an example that I suppose many veterans use to keep their level low (if it is doable, of course).

Always satisfying getting all the GFs. I underleveled during my playthrough and played the hell out of Triple Triad so I absolutely curb-stomped Ultima Weapon and it was magnificent :)

This is a joke, but also true... Watch on YT or I'm sharpening my knife, kupo!

Wish I kept my stuff better as a kid

So I just finished disc 3 and when I inserted disk 4 it gave me a long loading screen that ended with a “wrong disc” error. My disc is not damaged at all so I don’t think that’s the issue. Im playing on a PS3 so I tried loading into disc 4 from the PlayStation menu but the disc icon didn’t even show up.

Anyone know of this issue or have any fixes?

(Please, don't say »go east« ...)

I tried to test this out because i wanted consistent infos, seemed a bit strange to me. I feel the wiki is right-and-wrong.

It says it can be found in Malgo Peninsula but it seems to me it's false or maybe it's very rare.

Most of the space behind Dollet, it seems that Anacondaur appears if you stick to the mountains, like Grendel near the Garden, if you walk in the plains instead it seems it doesn't appear or it's very rare.

In Roshfall forest it seems it appears (only in couples? idk) in the forest indeed, whilst it doesn't in the plains near the forest.

I didn't test the rest of Galbadia as I would check the very first spawns, not later ones. Of course, the SeeD exam was out of the options (or viceversa, it's obvious).

Don’t think I ever posted this one before. An older comic featuring wires crossing in Quistis’ brain and Seifer being there to witness it.

Ugh, I swear while I pretty much “know” how I wanna draw Seifer, I am constantly tweaking my Quistis design.

Loved FF8 ever since I was a kid so I decided this was the tattoo I truly wanted. Roughly 1 1/2 week old so far on my upper arm. Feel free to share some of your FF tattoos in the comments! Thinking of throwing a guardian force or two in the surrounding area but unsure of how to do it right now. Or Tonberry king... So many options !!

Squall’s gun blade coming soon!

Hi everyone ! I’m working on the next card so here is some timelaps !
Maybe one day I’ll make a Zell+hotdog version of the lovers but for now it’s gonna be those two <3
I hope you’re gonna like it !

A month ago I decided to get Griever tattooed on my bicep to honor my favorite Final Fantasy game.

I think the artist did a great job :)

On the outside of the arm I have a Sephiroth haha
