Character is the Old Man from The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996)

1. Patema - Patema Inverted (Sakasama no Patema)

Patema ends up frustrating Elder by sneaking off into the Danger Zone despite it being against the rules. Before the argument between the two gets too intense, Porta jumps in and tells Patema that there are bat people living there, and that if one caught her she would "never be able to come back here again" and that she would "be tortured for all eternity". Patema responds: "Look, I'm not a kid! There's no such thing as that! …Uh, right?" It seems like she's still a bit susceptible to these tall tales since she's only 13. That, and the story was partially true, so she was right to be worried.

1. Pomni - The Amazing Digital Circus

After Pomni's terrible first day trapped in the Amazing Digital Circus, Ragatha sticks by Pomni's side during the day's adventure to try to bond with her and give her some encouragement. She takes it a little far and comes across as infantilizing Pomni, so Pomni reminds her that she's not a child and that Ragatha doesn't need to hype her up. This makes sense, since Pomni is 25 years old.

1. SpongeBob SquarePants - The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie

SpongeBob is denied the role of manager of the Krusty Krab 2 by Mr. Krabs because he's still just a kid, even though he is old enough to own his own home and (theoretically) drive. Following a night of drowning his sorrows away in ice cream, SpongeBob returns to work the next day, obviously hung over from his dessert binge, to chew out Mr. Krabs for not giving him the promotion, claiming that he is "100% MAN" before giving him a long, drawn-out raspberry (which kind of proves Mr. Krabs' point).

1. Rikki Tikki Tavi (Rikki Tikki Tavi)
2. Dan (left, Little Men)
3. Edgar (Once Upon a Forest)

Glitter peace,megavolt and pikachu

Ones that let's just say have a few screws loose. Just a bit unhinged. You know? Just a little.

Jinx (Arcane) - I love how her insanity is portrayed in the animation. Mr Singed sure did a nice job with her.

Joker (DC) - especially the Dark Knight version, man did Heath Ledger do a good job.

An idea came to me from hearing "Other Friends" from Steven Universe and got in the mood (haven't watched the seires since I was a child btw, which is why I didn't put Spinel here, I'm not familliar with her per say, even though from what I've heard she also fits here. Funnily enough I only know about Spinel because of This video of all things by Kinkymation)

So I was originally going to do just favorite officers of the law but thought I would expand it a little to get more a variety but that's why all my chosen characters are law enforcement!
