Help Am I doing it wrong?
I run ads for kitchen remodelers in egypt, with a relatively small budget .
what I do, is that i cut the budget on 3 adsets and inside each adset i test one creative, all of them with the same identical copy, so we have a variant to test, and then i scale the successful one,
Should I instead do something else and put them all in one adset and let the meta algorithm do the work? why and why not? because I've heard about that but i dont know if i should trust the algorithm to choose a winner based on the first few hours of data. So I need advice.

Yep 3 adsets is a good option but I will have a clear idea if I see meta ads library

If these are three creatives for the same remodeler, audience and goal, I’d use one ad set rather than split a small budget three ways. You can still see each ad’s results in Ads Manager. The tradeoff is that Meta may spend very unevenly, so low spend doesn’t prove a creative is bad. I wouldn’t call a winner from the first few hours; judge the enquiries it produces once you’ve had time to see which are genuine.

On a small budget for kitchen remodelers I'd put all three creatives together and let them share the spend. Splitting them mostly gives you a cleaner read, but it spreads thin money thinner. And you're right not to trust the first few hours. That goes for your own calls too, so judge winners on the last 7 days. What's a lead costing you right now?

your approach is fine for small budget, splitting into 3 adsets with one creative each gives you clean data on which creative works. meta's algorithm in one adset can be biased towards the first ad that gets some engagement even if it's not actually better, seen that happen plenty times
if you put all in one adset you lose visibility on which creative is driving results, the reporting gets messy. stick with what you doing but maybe test different copies too, not just creatives
