Yesterdays earthquake didn't affect my surroundings thankfully. I live in a well built house in the city and there was little to no destruction here, including my house which is intact. Regardless, I still felt the earthquake as my room is on the second floor and it was horrible. At first I thought it'd pass and I'd just have to deal with a couple of trembles afterwards, and there's been a few, but I'm constantly on edge and feel like I'm going insane.

I wasn't able to sleep last night, maybe for a couple hours. Everytime I lay down or sit, I feel my entire body shaking and I don't know if it's be or if it's shaking again. My muscles are insanely tense, I'm exhausted and paranoid, and if I look around too fast in a panic to see if it's shaking again, I get insanely dizzy. I don't know what to do or how to make it stop. Please if anyone has any advice I could seriously use it right now cause I'm on the verge of tears.

How Often Do Earthquakes Happen Worldwide?

Shaking in a Panama apartment 😳 Not sure why it went slow motion at the end

This happened after the earthquake in Panama yesterday. I really feel bad and sad for the household working their asses off to retire in a beautiful spot and live a peaceful life.

Is this confirmed??

Apologies for audio, not sure what hell that is. The apartment is vacant most of the year.
