CAREER Arm Intern CPU/Systems Hardware Engineer hirevue
Got an email from ARM for the position listed above and wanted to get some more insight on the hirevue process. I’m in my junior year studying in the US, not sure if the interview process differs between countries. But the expected time says 25 minutes, which seems a little bit on the low end if any technical questions were going to be asked. Has anyone recently completed the hirevue for this position give some tips and what to prepare?

Does anyone have insight for the SoC solutions hirevue? The description for SoC covers various things and I mainly know digital design not as much as the other 3 sub focuses. Does anyone have tips for me in general or know of if I have to prepare for all the focuses for the hirevue interview?

I talked to a recruiter for mine and they said no coding just that it’s 1 behavioral and 4-5 technical. But that might just be for my role.

I did hirevue for different roles and the two question that are the same is why do you want to work at arm and do you use AI with what cool AI projects you made and other questions being basic questions tailored to your role with recording attempts varying by role with 2 or more and sometimes there might be a written question. I haven't gotten pass the recorded hirevue stage so I don't know what lies beyond that. I did it for US intern cycle last year. What I remember for a cpp cycle sim modeling role is the most difficult technical question being asked distinguish between capacity and conflict miss and what data structs will i use to detect them in a simulator so I don't think they will ask you anything that is really hard. Your first recording they give you like 1 or more mins to prepare but after that you have a lot of time to rewatch and collect your thoughts as the second one won't start or you will move on to another question until you press next in UI.
