WWW What’s Working and What Isn’t? | Sunday, October 11, 2026 - Tuesday, October 13, 2026

Discuss what you are playing, what you’re having success with(or failures with), and any new/cool ideas you’ve been experimenting with, etc. The point is to share what you’ve been playing, and how it’s going, good or bad - there are no other rules or requirements.

Some ideas on what to post/share:

  • What you’ve been playing and its successes (or struggles). Stats are not required. There is no minimum rank required, though sharing what rank you’ve been playing at is preferred.
  • Deck adjustments you made or are planning to make in reaction to the meta or as new innovation. E.g. “I saw 30% of deck X, so I made Y changes to help deal with deck X.” (change)
  • Showing off a deck you achieved legend with this season and wanting to share it without having to write a guide

I see no posts so I decided to bring the rare case when the deck stops functioning with a new set release which happens in a week. So it might motivate you to try it out before the new set release before the deck's expiration date. The reason is that the deck uses Timelord Nozdormu which requires using cards for the newest set.

The deck is a mix of Void Soul and Dormant DH. There are few things which keep the deck together: Void Souls are 1 mana spells activating Nozdormu; Void Soul on 2 mana with 1/3 chance summons a Dormant minion which is relevant for Perennial Serpent; Perennial Serpent as activated on curve after Nozdormu. Both Nozdormu and Serpent has good chance to survive and because of that I play Dissolving Ooze which often leads to 7 or 8 damage burst on turn 5-6. The Ooze is also an alternative win-con with Tras'tath, Soul Parasite since you can eat it and play on Kayn.

I would imagine that the deck is weaker version of polished Void Soul deck, but generally feels nice against most decks. Also the deck is in playable state compared to most off-meta decks, but I don't play DH much so there has to be a room for improvements.
