Simic Ant-Man improvements

Am looking for advice to improve the consistency of this deck, aswell as a few cuts to maybe add a few more lands and any possible improvements

You want a Faerie Mastermind and Ezuri claw of progress. You can cut some of the non utility creatures and maybe some of the divination type spells for more lands if you feel you need them.
