Prompt engineering What's wrong with ChatGPT?

Keep writing a prompt asking it questions. And it just freezes, i've shut it down several times and started over, and it just freezes over and again. Anyone else having issues with chatgpt?

Has not worked for me for about 5 days. IDK what is going on. I will restart and get a couple prompts then another freeze.
