Tried to gently correct the problem. Tried a different tack to correct the problem. Eventually covers over it and ignores it.

same, love the skit but what
then again I've been the girl in the skit a disturbingly high amount of times so maybe it's just best for me to not ask

the easiest thing to do would have been to just pick up the leaf. she tried like 5 other things first, and eventually decided to just cover up the leaf and ignore it, rather than do the obvious/easy thing.
the analogy is that self-proclaimed Christians could just stop supporting Trump instead of bending over backwards trying to defend his obviously evil actions...it would be quicker and easier, but they don't want to do that

That or admit that the Christian shit is just as much of an accessory and cultural signifier as the red hats they love. It's not like the decorative crucifixes are offsetting the cheers for public executions and delight in the suffering of immigrants.

Perfect timing by the donkey. Oh. That makes sense for the post. Because donkey. Donkey. Dem.
Anyway, although I no longer am an Evangelical and no longer go to the church my family went to because I don't have to anymore, I actually know some Evangelicals from that church who are not keen on him. Even back in 2016, before the everything, the pastor at that church said that we didn’t need a madman with his finger on the button.
Now mind you, these were staunch conservatives. Conservatives who, just a year prior, bemoaned Obergefell (the gay marriage case) and said that Russia now had a more moral stance on homosexuality than America. Conservatives who passed out pamphlets for an earlier local election going over candidates' stances on gay marriage, abortion, and human cloning, oddly enough (the Democrat candidate didn't have a stated policy for that last one. I don't know if they were asked).
And that pastor was saying "hey, Hillary is the least bad option."

That is exactly how they will deal with it. They are just going to deflect everytime he is brought up.

That girl is a genius. This is how you never get asked to do anything ever again.

Why is this video different? The one I saw, she used an actual leaf blower, instead of a personal fan.
