sure, but im responding to a different comment talking about culture. how does being french = having culture, is that just how it works? the french have culture?

I don’t know if you’re messing with me here, but I’ll answer earnestly anyway. A stereotype exists about French people being very cultured. In this instance, “cultured” means sophisticated and educated in matters of art, music, fine food and wine, etc.
