I didn't hear any Dutch.. I heard German twice though

You probably heard Luxembourgish, the flags are similar between both countries. 🇱🇺🇳🇱

It definitely is the Luxembourgish flag and language. Trust me. :P

The blue stripe in the Luxembourgish flag is a lighter blue than in the Dutch one.

Luxembourgers speak Luxembourgish, obviously, but also French and German. So you heard English, Luxembourgish, German, and then French.

I also thought I heard German twice. But then I looked at the flags. The first one was not the German flag but don’t know what kind it is
