Evri parcel delivered to a random porch at Bath

I’m not sure if posting here would help, but I’m so sad that they delivered my parcel in a random house’s porch near Bath Cider House and sent a picture. I can’t even find whose house or is it even on my street.

I can’t find it anywhere and their customer support is of no help

This is... Weird. That looks reflective, I think it's a metal door. But I think only businesses and basements would have metal doors in Bath?

You were right!!!! It was the fire exit back door of WAGAMAMA! Nowhere near my flat

And the parcel isn’t here. Probably someone took it. I enquired all businesses nearby they don’t use that door. 200£ worth of stuff delivered to a shady parking lot garbage bin🥲

Looks like it could be one of a number of doors off the side roads on Walcott street https://maps.app.goo.gl/r3MqATDD4PZk73cCA doesn't match the photo but it's an old street view, maybe it's something nearby? Certainly looks like a rear/side door of a business, in an old building too

That looks more like the courier's van rather than someone's doorway, I might be wrong though...

I recommend sharing the picture here.

When I used to live near Bath Cider House I would find that they would get the house and flat numbers mixed up, if you live on a street near there you could try your street, with the house number of your flat?

The contract with whom you bought this item from has not been fulfilled. Go back to the vendor, not Evri. Your vendor owes you a replacement or a refund. Hope this helps.
