No way opus 6 comes out. Maybe opus 5.6 or fable 5.5/5.2. They literally just released that model, and from the looks of it, it’s a new pre-train. 6 would also be a new one. Companies are moving fast these days, but not THAT fast that they move on from a whole, extremely good model after one iteration.

I also dont think Fable 6 will come out yet, but I wouldn't be surprised by years end. About 2 and a half months left in the year is all.
Fable 6 is likely Mythos 2 based, and Mythos 2 got done training 2 months ago. So I feel that's realistic.
Fable 5.5 is likely just Mythos 1 with a ton of post training.

Which also just lines up with Anthropic's development timeline.
The first Mythos model was released to partners in early April.
Which means it was probably done training, internally at least a month or 2 before that. If not more.
Having a mythos 2 model by years end seems realistically within the expected timeline.

No. It's a response to 6 Astra and Opus 5.5. So it would be one gen behind. I wouldn't define a €100 + VAT plan to evaluate one meaningful /goal run as "little risk". That's a lot of risk.

Is Anthropic likely to release again? I have not seen any info about it, where did you get that from? If it is Fable 5.5 that is less exciting since I am on the 20 dollar plan so will not really be able to use it but any progress is cool I guess :)

Do you somehow think that despite this information provided to you previously, them signifying its release this way will somehow allow you access to it?

at this point I'm somewhat convinced there's no humans running those accounts, its Gemini all the way down, it locked the engineers in the basement and is doing its best to make it look like its all business as usual 🙏

The Gemini 3.1 Pro models are gone from Antigravity today while they were available yesterday. Maybe this monkey is finally on to something and we might actually see the new model. But I'm more inclined to believe that they took away the Pro models and pulled the rug for everyone else except for ultra subs.
They're dicks when it comes to making stupid decisions historically so I'm not surprised either way. I've used Gemini models enough, they were generous for over a year and outlasted Copilot gate back in July. It was fun while it lasted. LoL

It's going to be releases for API and inside Antigravity for Ultra subs.
Nothing mentioned regarding a broader release.
But they mentioned how it migrated legacy fortran code into blazing fast rust.
