This is Max, named for the boy in Where the Wild Things Are. He is, indeed, wild.

Here is my rescue ACD mix. Still working on her resource guarding, but she is fully potty, crate, and leash trained. She knows a few tricks too. She is so smart.
She was so good during her bath today!

Muffin and Socks had a trip to the vet today to get shots and they have been sleeping for like 4 hours now. Also, apparently Muffin gets car sick. I thought it was just tummy sickness last time they went for a ride. 😭

Nothing better than sleeping on a stick, cuddled with your football and your blankie right behind you

I adopted this cutie about a month and a half ago and was told she was 3 month old Aussie/Great Pyr mix. Turns out (according to her Embark results) she is more Great Pyr/ACD with some Aussie thrown in. And according to her teeth (and the vet) definitely older than 3mos. Currently she is about 17" at the shoulder and 24lbs. She hasn't gained weight in a couple weeks now and we are trying to figure out if it is something to be worried about or if she is even older than we thought and may just be near the end of her growing and a petite lady.
Last pic is her with her 'cousin' (my sister's rescue) who is only 1% more GP than she is and over twice her size at 70lbs. DNA is weird. 😆

I got my beautiful Bandy boy three years ago and the longest I have been away from him was 5 days during a hospital stay, my boyfriend stayed with him during this time.
On 3 November, my partner, small children and I will be away and my sister said she will take good care of him (and I know she will, she has two kids and they love walking Bandy with me ect)
Ever since I learnt we have to go away for the 9 days I have been dreading it, losing sleep and just not ok mentally. Bandy won't think I am coming back, He will be stressing, he will miss me, he will be anxious.
I am his second owner, his first owner was my other sister who was not able to look after him.
What are somethings I can do to get us ready for the 9 days, any tips/advice please please
