I stand behind our amazing supporters and the walkout by La Murga! My seats will sit empty until the front office does right by them and everyone else that has given so much to grow this club.

This is bigger than the pitch!

I wrote about the walkout last night and got a statement from the club.

Here's Austin FC's statement:

"Austin FC remains committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all fans. Over the last two weeks, the Club initiated and has since engaged in several conversations with the leaders of its supporters' groups to solicit feedback and answer additional questions."

Does anyone know if the Verde store will still put the MLS / Apple TV patch on for a price? And if so do they allow replica jerseys to be customized (the lower quality one) or just the authentic.
-thanks in advance .

I visited DFW two weeks ago and caught a glimpse of this billboard. Say what you will about Frisco FC but $3 beers and $1 dogs in stadium can’t be beat. This would make for a great game day 🙂

I’ve been going since day 1, and have enjoyed and respected the supporters for keeping the crowd going. But, I’ve come to realize over the years that Austin FC games have become more about them than the game itself (they’re the reason we “sellout” every week. It’s more the horns than the drums, but last night made me realize there was a crowd, they can cheer and chant themselves, and it was a nice change of pace to hear that organic atmosphere.
I know a lot of supporters are in here and I’ll be down voted into oblivion but I do respect your passion, hard work and energy, but I was just curious if anyone else felt that vibe.

Started watch Austin FC this season....I know not the luckiest spot....but watching BV9 go from joke to now maybe my second favorite player?? (Watching Biro piss off every other team is too fun for me)

Ive been the first to throw around Assquez and ask for him to be benched or at least asked to rework his play pattern but the flashes of inspiration I once saw are starting to come together.

He may never be the top scorer on the team but as a captain giant #9 pressuring the box he could be amazing.

Regardless of if he is here for next season I won't soon forget the Assquez to Vasquez arc this season and hope it continues providing in our last few games.

What a shit season, and what a shittily run team.

At what point do we start wearing brown paper bags to cover our faces at games?

Does anyone know if it is due to a red card, yellow card accumulation or something else?

For those curious to know more about the person who got kicked out of Q2 Stadium at the last home match for ... wearing a certain shirt, we spoke to her and got her story. (Not just the what happened part of it, but the type of human being she is part of it.)

Thank you for helping make the game more enjoyable. I brought a friend for the first time and it helped.

I am working on a Interactive Map of the U.S. and Canada that shows where fans are located by county and would love the input of Austin FC fans. If you are interested in checking it out I have added a link, thanks!

Why is nobody talking about this?

Two players on the best 11, Jules Bery and Jorge Alastuey. Between 30 teams, picked by club executives and coaches.

We need to give more credit to this, and show up for their playoff game

This week we chatted with longtime Philadelphia soccer writer Jonathan Tannenwald and picked up some insights on what he thinks we should expect from Jim Curtin in Austin. Tannenwald challenged some of the common assumptions we've all had about what to expect. Give it a listen.

Ramírez and Facundo lead the goals, while Ervin Torres is enjoying a breakthrough season with 3 assists.
