West Lynn is being developed, so it might relate to that.

There are a few big projects happening on West Lynn that we've reported about. Please check out our website if you're interested in learning more about those projects.

Sign me up. I'd love to sling coffee out of a location like that!

This is quite old news. I'm unsure why it's now being reported everywhere

Hello, I'm the reporter behind this story, so thanks for your inquiry. While it had been something I heard, it was not substantiated information until a public filing was made (this story did not come from a public relations firm). We had a document from earlier this year stating that the plan would be to turn the space into a bookstore with a cafe and wine and beer, but no official name to it at the time. So in a previous story about changes happening in the area, we included the plan to turn the space into a bookstore. But now that a filing with the state has been made that officially names the business and shows more details (timelines, cost, size, etc.) it becomes a story I can report.
