Anyone in London want to make a weird band inspired by AC

Im wondering if theres anyone in London who loves playing old keyboards, drum machines and using samplers to create worlds of atmosphere, I thought id post here as I love AC, panda bear and sonic boom, Im a fine art student with too many instruments. Im currently in two other projects, one thats more guitar based and the other being electronic dance music, if youre a weirdo creative in London who loves making sound hit me up!

Hi I’m a Musician in London and I’ve been listening to AC since 2006. I also really like Avey Tare’s solo stuff and I released an album of quite experimental music recently:

I like what I hear. Definitely Sung Tongs era sounding stuff on there. Very high fidelity recordings too.

Im currently working on a solo project thats quite influenced by earlier anco, particularly Ark and Danse Manatee, always open to making more connections!! Still need to release shit tho 😅

Oh lol ok fair See if anyone at your school likes weird music, it doesnt have to be anco, my post punk band and I all have very different taste, the best music you'll make is when you pool together influences instead of all taking notes from a handful of artists. Best of luck to ya!

Finding people with these interests gets easier after school for what its worth, all I can say is dont stop looking and you'll find something. Good luck
