Face Unlock vs. Fingerprint Scanner: What’s your main way to unlock your phone?

Hey everyone, just curious what the split is like here.

I’ve been using a phone with a fast fingerprint scanner for a long time, but a lot of newer devices are putting a massive emphasis on upgrading their biometric Face Unlock setups to work better in pitch-black low light.

If your phone has both options available, which one do you actually find yourself using more throughout a normal day? Do you prefer the instant speed of face unlock or the reliable muscle memory of a fingerprint sensor?

Both setup, whatever gets me unlocked faster wins. Usually face.

Outside of home or work, I manually lock it so it requires a pin.

The only one with both 3D Face Unlock and Fingerprint is Honor right now. I haven't look at Huawei recent phones but they also had it

Pixels have had fingerprint and Class 3 face unlock for a while.

I know they have Class 3 Face Unlock. That just means they that app developers can use it instead of fingerprint for lock and unlock stuff in apps. Doesn’t mean it works well in all conditions. Apple implementation and Pixel 4 is way better
