Just wanted to say thank you to everyone!
Hey everyone!
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who showed support, left a kind comment, or expressed interest in my World Mental Health Day gathering at Downtown Disney this past Saturday.
And a special thank you to the moderators of r/Anaheim for allowing me to share my event with your community. I genuinely appreciate you giving me the opportunity to get the word out! 😊
Honestly, I was extremely nervous about putting myself out there and inviting complete strangers to something like this. 😂
I've never organized anything like this before, and I really didn't know what to expect.
But seeing the positive responses, encouragement, and kindness genuinely meant a lot to me.
The whole goal with it is pretty simple: bring people together, spread some positivity, and hopefully make somebody smile. 😊
I know everyone has their own struggles, whether we see them or not, and sometimes even a little kindness can make a difference.
World Mental Health Day is a day to spread awareness and remind people how important mental health is. But the reality is, mental health matters every single day, not just once a year.
Whether you spent the day with friends or family, went somewhere you enjoy, stayed home and relaxed, or simply tried to get through a difficult day, I genuinely hope you were able to find a little peace, happiness, or comfort. ❤️
And if you didn't, that's okay too. Some days are harder than others. Sometimes just getting through the day is enough.
Taking care of yourself looks different for everyone. You don't have to attend a gathering or do anything special to be part of what Outlast stands for.
And to everyone who couldn't make it out on Saturday, that's absolutely okay too!
I'm already planning another Outlast gathering at Downtown Disney on Sunday, December 6, 2026, during the holiday season! 🎄
I know the holidays can be a wonderful, cheerful time, but they can also be difficult or lonely for some people.
So I thought, why not try to bring some people together around the holidays? Not necessarily to celebrate them (and if you don't, that's totally fine!), but simply to enjoy the holiday lights and decorations, maybe make a new friend, and hopefully make somebody smile?
Same idea as before. Nothing formal, no pressure, no expectations, and everyone is welcome.
Rich or poor. Struggling or doing great. Outgoing or shy. Coming with 12 friends or coming completely alone.
And yes, I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the weather this time! 🕵️😂
Disneyland and California Adventure are also options for anyone who wants to visit the parks, but park admission is not required to participate in the Downtown Disney gathering.
More details coming soon!

Again, thank you all for the kindness, encouragement, and support. It really does mean more than you might realize.
And remember, you don't have to have everything figured out or be having a great day to deserve a little kindness.
Never give up. Outlast All. 💎
