The Russian in me was sure this was just medium size tube that holds smaller tube. Usually, you'd put both tubes inside even larger tube, but with the war and all, is only two tubes for now.

The lids are different on the ol’ doob tube. You have to squeeze the sides to get it open, there isn’t a little flip tab on them

Technically a marijuana cigarette, usually rolled from cigar casing like a “Swisher Sweet”.

This could have also been used to protect a pre-rolled joint (using rolling paper) from a dispensary.

Joints and blunts are two different things mate. A blunt is bigger and wrapped in a tobacco leaf wrap (or hemp equivalent). It's closer to a cigar than a cigarette.

I'm not debating the container. Someone asked what a blunt was, and the person I replied to said it was another name for a joint which isn't true. I was just clarifying for anyone who may not be educated in the ways of herbal remedies.
