very possible in some places, it's not common around me, I even had to explain it to another pothead at a circle, although that could be because they're a pothead...

Thanks for posting this as I was trying to remember his name... David Cross!

I have a shaved head, wear a peaky-cap and recently sprouted a full beard.

I saw my reflection is a glass store door window and said to myself:

Holy sh*t, I look like that little bearded comedian guy... what's-his-name?

It was David Cross... yep!
