I remember my dad bringing home a pong. My neighbor got a 2600. We ended up getting a 5200 for Christmas. Then a few years later I got a commodore 64 and that became my main gaming system for years. I always wanted an Amiga, Tandy or any of the IBM clones.
All these youngsters saying "Atari 2600" like they've topped everyone. Can't even remember the brand name of our pong machine but it had regular pong, "hockey" which was 2 bars on each side, and "handball" where you could play alone against the wall.
