Grape Varieties Without Patent?

I have a green seedless grape and love how easy they are to grow in my area. I’d like to get into growing other varieties and to propagate them, but I can’t seem to find a list of varieties that are not patented. Suggestions?

A list of all patented grape cultivars would be thousands. A list of all unpatented grape cultivars would be even longer. The best you can do is search for information on each cultivar you're interested in.

If it's just for personal use I wouldn't worry about it at all.

If you're doing it commercially, you should buy thru a nursery anyways to ensure you're getting virus free vines.
