UPDATE: So I spoke to my HR manager first thing this morning. I showed him the texts. I filed a formal complaint. I spoke to my store manager. Obviously they're not going to tell me what will happen to the supervisor. I am friends with some of the managers so I will see what I can find out. I'm thinking he would probably get either a verbal reprimand or write up. I don't know if this is a fireable offense.

Was in constant never ending pain totally unable to use my hands for 4 whole days. Could not sleep for the 1st few days, I remember thinking in day 1, I’ll eventually get so exhausted I’ll sleep though anything… but no the pain was so constant and deep my endorphins and adrenaline maxed out to keep me wide awake all night and day.

So PSA if your kid gets HFMD be very careful. Luckily my partner was able to be there to care for our kiddo who was pretty much unaffected lol lucky him. There is also no treatment because it’s rare for adults to get and it isn’t really painful for kids.

+There was also soars in my mouth making it hurt to eat and on my feet making it hurt to walk. But the hands were by far the worst.

Absolutely worthless book. Didn't even remove the prompt in the introduction. The whole book, a travel guide, was generalities and no specifics. You could change the name and have it be any city anywhere.

I was in a gas station convenience store and I overheard an older lady on her phone. She was taking photos of a Bitcoin ATM and sending them to the person on the other end of the call. So I decided to linger... She was struggling to figure out how the machine worked, and was in the middle of doing the phone verification step. She didn't use her phone number, she used whoever's number she was talking to, and I heard her reciting the verification code that she was told to enter.

I went over to her and was immediately not thrilled that I interrupted her, and asked her if she personally knew the person who she was sending Bitcoin to, and she didn't really answer but she responded by saying she knows what she's doing. I was clearly unconvinced so I told her that it's a very common scam for people to ask you to send them Bitcoin and people get tricked all the time. She only reiterated how adamant she was that she knows what she's doing and thank you for your concern. It's really bothering me because she obviously got scammed for who knows how much money, and she refused to listen.

I finally saved up enough money to visit my grandpa in Asia. And on my 17 HOUR flight, I get seated next to a guy that’s clearly sick. He’s coughing and blowing his nose the whole entire time, no mask at all. He’s blowing his nose in the same used towel that he puts on top of his left leg (the one that’s next to me and almost touching).

I’m basically cramped and trying to avoid his side, so I guess he took that as I didn’t want space. So he’s not only taking up the whole arm rest with his snot hands/arms, he’s also in my space. His arms are still touching me even though I’m leaning to the left as best as I can. During the flight meals they pass out disinfectant wipes, and he never used them once! I literally saw him multiple times rub his snot hand all over our armrest

Doesn’t even cover his mouth when he’s coughing. Pretty sure I caught his cold because a day later my throat already feels scratchy and I’m coughing now . And I realized that I can’t even SEE my grandpa now because he’s immune deficient and has nurses taking care of him 24/7 because his health. And I probably have whatever sickness that guy on the plane had so now I can’t even enjoy my time in Asia 🙁

I panicked and called her and she told me she worded the text wrong. She's not pregnant, but she was late for dinner.

I just got the results from an MRI, and apparently breast implants don't last forever. I knew that, but when I had my double masectomy 25 years ago because I have one of the many genetic mutations that cause breast cancer I didn't even think about down the road. I just carried on and somehow forgot about the temporary factor.

Well, today I learned they just kind of self combusted and there's silicone flying freely in my body. Fun. The pictures look like little pieces of confetti gleefully thrown about my chest by evil body goblins. Now I'll have to have surgery again to replace them. I'm not looking forward to it. I'm scared of the surgery going under anesthesia, as I'm a redhead and anesthesia resistant. I've woken up during at least two surgeries that I can remember.

This sucks, but I'm trying to look on the bright side, it's still better than having breast cancer.

I love him, but I am currently sitting in the car, engine running, waiting for him to finish his "pre-trash-removal" shower.

My husband has a compulsion where he *must* shower before stepping out the door. It doesn’t matter how urgent or mundane the task is, he insists on getting squeaky clean first.

• Late for child pick-up? Doesn't matter. Shower.

• Running behind for a party? Shower.

• Need to take out the trash? Shower.

• Quick 5-minute run to the store? Shower.

Does anyone else live with someone who has this kind of weird time-blindness/obsession, or am I just married to a weirdo? Please tell me I’m not alone.

TL;DR: My husband showers every time we leave the house, even for the trash. We are always late. Send help.
