Copyright violation

Already settled and it's not

cognitive decline

Baseless fear

environmental harm

Basically a non-factor and is being laughably over-exaggerated

propaganda

Like everything you've listed?

surveillance

Already possible and being done, more datacenters won't really move the needle here

lack of accountability

You're still responsible for stuff you put out

loss of the arts

expansion of the arts by democratizing the ability to create

watering down of software engineering principles

learn how to set up project guidelines? this is definitely the most overblown fear

making programming pay-to-win

already was at any sort of scale. If anything it's cheaper now because you can hire fewer people to get the same job done.

overreliance on a third-party

everything in computers is built on the shoulders of giants who came first

and the list goes on.

keep going, this is funny

You're right, though my take is that copyright is a mistake that only empowers the rich while fooling the rest of us into thinking it's a good system and everyone would be better off without "intellectual property" as a concept.

Cognitive decline isn't baseless, but it's also not new. Anyone who worked in the trenches and then went into management has experienced loss of skills. That's how our brains work and we just need to be concious of it.

It's definitely copyright violation. Just because the courts sided with corporations doesn't mean it's not. Keep licking those boots, though.

Tell me, how are you a greater authority than the Supreme Court?

The Supreme Court can say whatever they want, that doesn't mean it's not copyright violation. The Supreme Court is fallible just like anyone else. They are capable of making bad rulings. Also, that's a fucking American court, the whole world is not the United States, lmfao.

that doesn't mean it's not copyright violation.

that's actually exactly what it means

Go back to school, kid. You need to learn the branches of the government again.
