Our cat son, Charlie, is about to go through his 3rd surgery this year due to intestinal blockage from eating inedible items (likely caused by Pica).

We are still underwater from the $12K vet bill of his previous 2 surgeries, causing our pet insurance to be maxed out for the year.

Charlie desperately needs this 3rd surgery to continue living the happy and healthy life he deserves especially since he’s still so young and is only turning 2 years old next month.

We wouldn’t be asking for help if it we weren’t brought to the point of desperation, but as you all can probably relate to, we would do anything for our loved ones especially since they bring so much joy and happiness into our lives.

Please, I'm new here im sorry, one of my chicks, baby chickens, swallowed an earplug and she will die if it doesnt get removed. Good evening. Two wks ago i found out that i have a level 4 cat allergy. This has devastated me and my family because weve always loved cats. But from 2015-2026 ive had one who passed in 2020; so i adopted my now cat in 2021.

I began having breathing issues etc but never put it together until now. I saw an allergist and it was confirmed. My symptoms are very bad and i now have severe allergic asthma. A trusted family friend is taking her so she will be loved and cared for. 💕

At the moment the carrier we had is now too small for her to endure the hour drive. Im between jobs and cannot afford to purchase one for her. My friend will be here sunday to pick her up.

Hey all. I really don't wanna go out to people and practically beg for money, but this is an urgent situation that I alone am not able to cover. My beloved chihuahua Chica has had a hernia developing for about a year, and me and my family has struggled to hold enough money to pay for the estimated $1,100 surgery due to us being low income. We've looked at all sorts of options, but we're always met with either a clinic didn't do this specific surgery, has no medical plan for us to enroll in or were unable to enroll in, or the price was too outrageous (highest we saw was $11,000, not surprising as we live in California). We've come very close to paying this finally, but a family emergency has pushed us back, and we need it more than ever now as Chica has began to show signs of pain and discomfort, and we fear the hernia could burst/rupture at any moment.

I’m reaching out because I don’t know where else to turn for our sweet girl, Loopster, or “Loopy.”

Loopy is honestly the sun personified, or dogified. Somehow, she manages to be both the most chaotic and the sweetest dog I’ve ever met. If someone robbed our house, she would probably just sit there and ask for pets. Anyone who has met her would say the same, except perhaps my cat. Though, to be fair, they’re more like siblings who fight than actual enemies.

I’ve never had a day with Loopy where I wasn’t either terribly impressed or greatly disappointed by something she’d done, because she has dug through one too many rubbish bins. Which is why I was absolutely devastated when we learned she had an aggressive cancerous tumour.

We spent money we didn’t really have on her first surgery, but no matter the cost, I would never have made any other choice. Because the tumour was in a sensitive area near her bottom, we knew she might struggle with incontinence for a few days. It wasn’t glamorous for poor Loopy, but, as she always does, she never complained. I have never once heard her whimper.

Unfortunately, things did not improve. In fact, they got worse. She physically cannot hold in her faeces, and it has been smearing wherever she walks and all over herself. Even without being an expert, I know this must be incredibly uncomfortable for her.

Today, we took her back to the vet for a check-up and to have everything cleaned safely. As we feared, this is not normal and needs to be fixed urgently. Something inside was not stitched back together properly and has collapsed, causing faeces to leak continuously.

So now, after already spending so much on her first surgery, we are back at square one trying to find even more money to help her. If my heart doesn’t break seeing such a good girl in this state, it shatters when I realise I don’t know where to find the money to pay for the repair surgery.

I am a teacher caring for my mother who has both physical and mental health issues. Between rising food costs, rent, a couple of car issues, and medical bills (including bills for a minor surgery I had earlier this year), we are really struggling. While my mother should qualify for government assistance based on her needs and issues, she has been denied multiple times. We are currently trying to fight through the system, but it is slow-going and incredibly frustrating. This is to help us make it to my next paycheck on the 31st.

I have two cats, and my mom came with two cats when she moved in with me. Of the four, two are seniors and two are middle-aged, hence the two kinds of food. The seniors are unfortunately very picky and won’t really eat anything without the Hartz toppers. The most important things on the Amazon list are the cat food because them being fed and happy is most important to me.

I have also included snacks that are easy for my mother to make when I’m not home (Mac and cheese, cereal, peanut butter and crackers, meat sticks), along with some protein shakes and bars for myself because those keep me full and make it easier to skip meals. Please feel free to prioritize my mom’s food over mine.

I have, to make ends meet, sold hobby items over the last few months it’s just hard to make ends meet right now.

Our sweet fur baby, Nia, has been our constant companion for 15 wonderful years. She has brought so much love, comfort, and joy into our lives, and now we want to do everything we can to keep her comfortable and healthy in her senior years.

Nia has been diagnosed with a heart murmur. To safely address her health, her veterinarian needs to perform a chest X-ray to check her heart size and evaluate her lungs. Additionally, she is suffering from dental disease and requires urgent dental work to relieve her pain. We were told, she has a tooth that is being absorbed by her gum, and also 2 other teeth with a lot of work needed. Because Nia has a heart murmur, her dental procedure requires specialized care and monitoring under anesthesia, which has significantly increased the veterinary costs.

For a good part of my life, I was a unpaid caregiver for my mother and we lived off of her Social Security because I was struggling to find a job that would keep me home to look out for her. Unfortunately, not only have I lost my father to a house fire two years ago, but my mother lost her battle against Uterine Cancer passing away in her sleep on August 4th. Now I am frantically looking for jobs either remotely because I lack my own mode of transport, or in person work that is nearby me that is cheap enough for Uber.

So far I have been getting some family help with paying my bills for my apartment but now this month I've been slapped with a $437 and some change electric bill due to a security deposit being lumped into my original $159 bill because of my lack of work experience. And this eye watering bill is tough for a lot my family members to swallow and lend aid with. I've reached out and exhausted so many options before a gofundme. Everything from churches, to special programs, and even asking the electric company themselves for some kind of relief. And unfortunately a lot of the assistance in my area is only catered to seniors, veterans, or the disabled. And I am none of those.

I just simply want this huge bill paid and off my shoulders so I can relax a little better while I'm still on the hunt for some kind of job that will help me get on my feet and be somewhat financially stable. Life has been hard and I've found myself in a hole I can't get out of. I'm working two jobs, but something constantly has to come up as a wild expense, and this last month I had to overextend to make rent.

I've already cut every expense I can manage, the fees, and interest, and overdraft charges make it so I can't even break even with a good paycheck. I'm drowning and just out of rope.

I'm on disability, I get close to $1000/mo. All of my money goes to paying bills. I have two people who depend on me to get them to and from work on almost a daily basis. One of them is my roommate who is also unfortunately tight on money to the point where she can't help more than she already has. After helping sometime last week she's basically broke for the next two weeks since she gets paid biweekly. The other she's already contributed $200 and another friend contributed $50. It also doesn't help that I'm on food stamps and have to wait as long as I usually do to get my groceries for the month, and I got that snap payment on the 7th, I haven't been able to go shopping since the car shut down, and been basically living off ramen and water for the past couple weeks.

The problem is my car's alternators are shot. The old one apparently was putting out too much voltage while the replacement we got isn't putting out enough voltage. It's going to take too much time to return the replacement to get a refund on the replacement which we spent around $160 to get. I'm currently left with $115.70 to my name. And to get a replacement alternator today would cost $335.39(thats including the core deposit charge). Leaving me needing $219.69.

I'm not sure if I need to specify what things I have that people could send to or donate to, but I do have Paypal and Venmo. I hope that I've done everything right, I've read the requirements and such.

If you need to know where I'm located I'm in the northeast of the US. And to be clear about the specified amount that I would need, it's $219.69. I talked with the guy who helped me put in the replacement alternator we got and he told me we could get one today but it'd cost $258.39 + a $77 core deposit.

Hi everyone. I never thought I’d find myself making a post like this, but sometimes life puts us in situations where we need a little help.

I’m currently in the process of leaving my marriage so that my daughter and I can have peace, safety, and a fresh start. I’ve managed to move into a studio for now. Right now, I’m just trying to get through the next few days and make sure we have food and money to pay some bills and the ability to purchase my bus pass until Friday, when I receive my pay.

If there is any kind stranger who might be able to help, even just a few dollars would mean so much to us. Every little bit would help take some of the stress off my shoulders right now.

Hello! I feel really vulnerable posting this here but here it goes. My mental health has been in the toilet lately [several hospital stays and one 5150 stay] and due to that I was let go from my job. My 10 year pld son watched his Mom have a fatal stroke in front of him. He called 911 and stayed by her side in the hospital until it was time to say goodbye. He held her hand and sang to her while she passed. And through love, strength, and some therapy...has been able to keep a smile on his face and even help another kid in his school who went through a parental loss. Good afternoon! I’m struggling to finish paying off my rent for the month of October. I owe 265, before the late fees. Any money I make will go to that first. The problem is that I’m running out of food quickly, and I’m worried. I made an Amazon wishlist of groceries that would be really helpful to have. All of it is shelf stable. I’m in between jobs right now, even though I’ve been putting in applications and going to interviews. I’m getting leftover money in a few weeks from my student loans, that will help with rent.
