Assuming you're being genuine, 2 questions.

  1. Is there any animal you wouldn't eat if you saw it on a menu somewhere?

  2. Did you have any pets growing up? Are you fine eating the animal you had as a pet?

I have a dog now. I wouldn't eat my pet because that would defeat the purpose of having it as a pet. The same way I wouldn't eat a pet pig, but would eat a pig

What if eating didnt subtract a pet? Would you eat your pet after it died?

WoUlD yOu EaT yOuR pet?! Nobody is gonna eat their dead pet. There’s a difference in knowing an animal and eating one.

I’m not op but yes I’ll eat basically any animal as long as it’s safe to eat and it tastes good.

I also had 2 dogs growing up; sadly they passed away :(

I haven’t had dog but I’d eat it if it were offered to me. I don’t think I’d seek it out as it doesn’t interest me that much.

No I wouldn’t eat my own pets. I have an emotional connection to my pets, but not all dogs.

Im of the opinion that if you eat meat, it’s ridiculous to claim moral high ground bevause you dont eat certain animals.
