My third time visiting Lake Louise and finally brought my camera out to capture some shots I’m very proud of.

I recently finished painting this mountain lake, and I thought you guys might appreciate it! 🏔️
I swear, no matter how hard you try, it's almost impossible to capture just how breathtaking mountains are in real life. But I hope I managed to capture at least a little bit of that magic!
What do you think? Does it remind you of somewhere you've been?

Hey everyone! I’m heading to Banff from Calgary this Friday, and my main plan was to visit Moraine Lake, but I just found out it’s closed
I’ll be spending most of my time around Lake Louise now, but I’d love recommendations for other beautiful spots or fun things to do nearby.
What would you recommend for a first-timer? I’d really appreciate any suggestions! 🙏🏽

You can still access the Upper Falls and Inkpots from the Moose Meadows trail. See the important bulletin here: https://parks.canada.ca/pn-np/ab/banff/bulletins/06d4ef61-a3c9-4b65-8dfc-66d056252d6c
If you’re looking for alternatives, consider Sundance Canyon near the Cave and Basin, or Marble Canyon in Kootenay NP.

Staying in Canmore. Got in town last Friday, leaving this Friday. Had a tour yesterday and a tour tomorrow. Folks are using today as a rest day but looking to do a day hike myself as I want to get the most out of the trip.
Seeing in past posts people saying you need to ask close to the day as conditions/weather changes. Temps already look great today compared to over the weekend when we arrived.
Did a little searching myself of hikes around Canmore too and found Grassi Lakes, Ha Ling Peak, Grotto Canyon, and EEOR. Any thoughts?
This is a bucket list trip for me and the pictures I’ve looked at over the years still don’t do it justice
Hello!
I’ll be up in Banff on Friday October 16th, and I couldn’t be more excited. Thankfully the weather doesn’t look like it’ll be bad(but I know things can change at a moments notice), however I’m slightly concerned about getting parking at Lake Louise. I won’t be in the area till about 9 AM, since it’s off season would there be a chance of parking or should I full send on the shuttle? Speaking of the shuttle, the parks CA website appears to show the shuttle doesn’t run after Thanksgiving so does mean I may have a decent chance at just getting parking or should I look into private shuttle options?

As seen from the viewing platform at the top of the Lake Louise Gondola. I think the road in the bottom left helps capture the scale of the landscape a bit more but nothing does justice to the real thing.

I captured this while hanging out in front of Chateau Lake Louise last weekend. The clear sky was amazing for stars but not so dramatic for the timelapse once the sun came up.
